Chairman
When Justin was looking to get involved in charity work after exiting his latest startup, he found few ways for professionals to offer meaningful help beyond cash donations or picking up litter in the park. That frustration became Freelance for Good: a home for anyone who wants to make a measurable difference. Equal parts strategist and maker he still leads from the front. He is just as likely to be presenting in a charity boardroom as he is outlining a marketing campaign (And night owls can find him editing Figma files or be holed up in his study coding late into the night)
Jenny Wardle
Community Partnerships Director
Jenny has spent decades supporting charities, bluechips, SMEs, NGOs and community groups, in the UK & internationally, through change & growth. She brings deep empathy and her lifetime of professional experience in systemic change, therapy, coaching, and environmental action to the fore with practical advice. She is the voice of connection within our team, the one who makes sure every project is rooted in purpose and people. Her network and wisdom help us reach the causes that need us most.
Natasha Seth
Finance & Operations Director
Natasha has over two decades of experience in financial services, working across banking, capital markets, insurance, and alternative investments. She is an energetic powerhouse who brings structure, clarity, and momentum to everything we do. Her strategic mind and business acumen keep us grounded and ensures every partnership runs smoothly and every project stays on track.
Daniel Goy
Creative Director
Dan has been a leading creative freelancer in London for over a decade. A veteran art director, he has managed large-scale campaigns for the biggest brands in the world, currently working as the global creative lead for Tonie’s Toys. His hands on experience carrying out the exact work our charities need makes him an invaluable resource for our students. His love and positivity spurs everyone around him to action and he always makes sure to shine a light on the stories that matter. He drives all things creative, shapes visuals, mentors budding creatives, and ensures everything we make is just a bit more playful with an extra splash of colour
